FIND EASE IN YOUR BODY AND MIND
BE PRESENT IN THE HERE AND NOW
Do you find it difficult to sense and feel your body and are you more preoccupied with your thoughts? Do you often feel restless when you have free time? Are you tired yet tense, or do you experience tension and pain in your body? Do you feel overwhelmed with your newborn baby? Your nervous system may be in overdrive, causing you to be more in your head, rest to feel unsafe, your muscles and fascia to be tense, and you to feel anxious and insecure with your baby.
Over time this can lead to exhaustion, overwhelm, anxiety and burnout.
In my practice I offer a holistic approach (top-down and bottom-up) to stress related complains. I combine somatic/massage therapy with other somatic approaches and exercises that teach your body to anchor itself in the here and now, release tension naturally, and build resilience.

Are you curious to learn the language of your body?

Exciting news: Starting in April, I will be joining Maan in Driebergen. You can find me there every first Thursday of the month for 1-on-1 sessions related to stress in relationship to parenthood. I also host group meetings on Fridays for mothers or fathers with children. If you are interested, please send me an email.

Our nervous system is at the center of how we experience life.
When it is dysregulated, stress becomes a chronic state, and our reactivity increases. But when we cultivate presence—when we learn to host our experience rather than be consumed by it—we create the conditions for deeper wisdom, connection, and renewal.' - Thomas Huebl
