Practice ANNA Massagetherapeut & lichaamsgericht coach uses the following Terms and Conditions. If you make an appointment for a session at Praktijk ANNA Massagetherapeut & lichaamsgericht coach, I assume that you have taken note of the conditions below and agree to them.

 

 

Before a first session, I will briefly ask a number of questions to get acquainted and to take note of any complaints. We will then draw up a treatment plan based on this.

 

The client is responsible for the correctness of this (medical) information, which he/she provides during this interview. Based on this, the session can be given in a responsible and safe manner.

 

Before and after each session, it will be evaluated how the treatment has been experienced.

 

Any information the client provides to me before or during the session will be treated confidentially and will never be provided to third parties without his/her permission.

 

Are you being treated by a doctor, physiotherapist, specialist or other, and/or are you taking medication? Consult this to see whether you can be massaged during the treatment period.

The treatment you receive is not intended to diagnose and/or treat 'medical conditions'.

​

In case of doubt about a condition, injury or contraindication, it can be decided not to give a massage and to refer you to a doctor/therapist/specialist. Follow-up treatments are possible as soon as your attending physician/therapist/specialist agrees.

I can at all times decide not to let the treatment take place if it appears that the condition specified by the client gives cause for contraindication.

The client makes use of the services of ANNA Massagetherapeut & lichaamsgericht coach of his/her own free will and at his/her own risk and therefore cannot be held liable for any damage arising before / during / after participation / use of treatments and / or services . Practice ANNA Massagetherapeut & lichaamsgericht coach is not responsible for damage and/or injury as a result of withholding medical information such as physical and/or mental disorders, injuries and medication use.

ANNA Massagetherapeut & lichaamsgericht coach reserves the right to refuse clients.

ANNA Massagetherapeut & lichaamsgericht coach is not responsible for damage, theft or loss of personal belongings of the client in and around the practice.

​

From a hygiene point of view, you are expected to shower just before the treatment. That is not only more pleasant for the massagetherapist to work, but also for you to undergo the treatment.

At ANNA Massagetherapeut & lichaamsgericht coach, sessions take place by appointment only.

​

An appointment can be made by phone, whatsapp, e-mail or via the website.

Appointments made can be canceled or changed free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. Appointments canceled or changed within 48 hours will be charged fully to you. This also applies to missed agreements. In the unlikely event that you are unable to attend, are not feeling well or are ill, it is permitted to have someone else go to the massage appointment in your place.

Cancellation is only possible verbally/by telephone, via whatsapp with confirmation of receipt from ANNA Massagetherapeut & lichaamsgericht coach.

Payment is made after the treatment by pin, payment request or cash.

​

Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

​

ANNA Massagetherapeut & lichaamsgericht coach reserves the right to change the rates at any time.

For agreements made before the rate was changed, the rate applies that was valid at the time of the appointment.

Performing erotic massages is not part of my practice. Asking about this is not appreciated and you are immediately asked to leave the practice and are no longer welcome.

Do you have a complaint?

 

If you have a complaint about a treatment, we will first try to discuss this with you. It is also possible to engage an independent complaints officer. This can provide support in formulating the complaint or in case of dissatisfaction and helps in the search for solutions. The therapist has the right to be informed of this. The practice is affiliated with Quasir for this purpose. In addition, the practice is affiliated with a government-recognized dispute body, Stichting Zorggeschil, and falls under the independent disciplinary jurisdiction of the RBCZ.
